A few days ago I installed the pmx editor to test, but it won't let me open it, what do I do?

I'm using pmx editor and I'm trying to drag an object file into the editor, but it won't load?

I've tried loading via "import" and by dragging, but nothing happens!! (⁠´⁠；⁠ω⁠；⁠｀⁠)

Due to Twitter's (quite controversial) rename to X, I was wondering if instances of the word Twitter on this site should be changed to X and links to Twitter pages be replaced with updated X links? Twitter links do redirect to x.com so replacing links isn't fully necessary.

It'd take a LONG time to go through every page that mentions a creator's Twitter/X account and change it to X, so what do you guys think? Is it necessary?

There's been lots of controversy surrounding Fandom Wiki lately (it shouldn't be too hard to find reasons why if you look it up) and people are saying to boycott/stop using the site.

Do you think we should move to a different wiki host like Miraheze? It'd take a while to port everything over, but in doing so we could spend some time quality checking all of the articles and improving their quality for the new host

I was wondering if maybe we should have separate categories for Pokémon trainers and actual Pokémon? continue having the general "Pokémon" category, but have additional categories for if someone wants to find specifically a trainer model or specifically a model of a Pokémon, making it easier to find them

I love sorting things and I've been really enjoying adding categories to models that are missing them and adding these tags would be a lot of fun for me, but I'd like confirmation on if this is a good idea before making them, feedback appreciated!

I'm uploading a lot of Pokémon models right now and I'm just wondering if it'd be a good idea for them to be sorted better. Pokémon is one of my main autism special interests (tm) and I really enjoy making pages for Pokémon models!

It seems like Saboten's domain has expired, and either the domain was bought by a new host or the website that was used to make the site no longer exists and was bought out or something else, but when clicking the link it goes through several redirects and ends up going to a site which my antivirus says is a very risky/suspicious site

So, tldr, it seems like Saboten's website doesn't exist anymore for whatever reason, but whatever that reason may be it now redirects to a malicious site. I'm not sure what kind of malicious site it is as my antivirus blocked me from viewing it.

I'm wondering if we should remove all Saboten links from this wiki due to fear of people getting computer viruses as well as the website link no longer working, and/or replace them with Wayback Machine URLs (I'm not sure if any of the pages have been archived, but I can check) and have a warning about the new website link redirecting to a malicious website.

Lots of modeler's websites and upload sources have been expired for a while now, and like Saboten's they may redirect to malicious sites. It might be a good time to weed through all of the user created website links and see which ones no longer exist and replace them with archived links or remove the links altogether to prevent spread of malware

What are y'alls opinions on this? How should we handle these dead website links?

I doubt Saboten deliberately took down their website and the malicious redirects were completely unintentional.

There was a time a while back I accidentally didn’t capitalize a letter in a category, and accidentally created an entirely new category with the same name but just with different capitalization (I didn’t realize names were case sensitive at the time) is it possible to remove that category from the model?

It was a model of a character from Splatoon, I accidentally tagged it Splatoon models rather than Splatoon Models.

Also there’s a model (Spooderman) that someone added a lot of spammy categories to. I’ll admit I found them funny but it would be best to remove them if possible, but I can’t figure out how

Many of the Mecha models from Straight Title Robot Anime (STRA) are hard to get accurate translations of their names, many showing several alternate translations when putting the names in translation softwares. It’d be great if someone who knew Japanese well could help get accurate translations of the model names, as well as share the origins of the model names! Many of the character names are references to things like real weapons or Japanese war ships, to name a few, and I want to be able to include the origin of their names in the trivia section as it’d be good info to know, and help people better understand the characters.

I’m working on making pages for all of the models, but I’m worried about making the pages have incorrectly translated names. If any names are incorrect please feel free to move the page to correct the name, and add name origins to their trivia section if possible

Her username has been CelestCSilvari for a long time now and that’s what she’s more well known as, if someone was looking for her page and not aware of her old name it’d be much harder to find her, so I’m thinking it might be a good idea to change the name of her page + possibly update the names on all of her models that are currently uploaded so it’s easier for people to find her page and models if they’re not aware of her past username
