Astrialogical, also known as Astria-MMD, is a Welsh modeler who has been using MMD since 2013 (formerly known as MMDMissy, PanicAtTheSeptiplite). She has created her own models from scratch and bases that are called A★L Style (Also titled A*L Style for DeviantArt and other sites not allowing the star). She goes by She/They pronouns.
Astria started off using MMD to make simple pictures, then started animating as she dreamed of creating her own little series as she was inspired by "Welcome To Vocaloid" created by SplashDream15 on YouTube. They later wanted to learn how to make her own model style.
She primarily uses Tda as her preferred model to edit, but has also used ChilkyArt's bases, YYB, Animasa and has commissioned AxelCode for a custom model of her OC Arianwen in his style.
She started to learn how to use Blender in 2018, being encouraged by her boyfriend and got help from a friend, Danna-MMD (who is no longer active in the MMDC and goes by another name). They started out with simple objects, then went on to modelling clothes. It wasn't until 2019 she started to make full models whilst studying to become a Computer Animation Artist in University. They graduated as a 3D Artist in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
Astria took a break from MMD for a few years and began working for VTubers by creating their custom 3D models and later returned to using MMD in 2024, working on her own models, releasing her old downloads again with new ones slowly coming out. She still likes to make model edits when she doesn't feel like making a whole model from scratch and provides free downloads for base edits she makes.
She takes commissions for MMD parts like outfits, props and accessories. They also takes full model commissions which are more aimed for VTubers, but is willing to accept MMD model commissions too.
