Chestnutscoop is a modeler and effect creator but is most prominently known as the founder of the MME Archive, a website made to document all MikuMikuEffects out there. She is also known for the [: Glow Series :] of MMD assets and runs a popular MMD DeviantArt group called MikuMikuEffect and its Discord server of the same name.
History[]
Chestnut has been making MMD posts on DeviantArt starting in 2012 and started out making very simple renders and effects, but many of her older images have since been hidden. She took a hiatus for several years in 2015, eventually returning in 2019 when she began making lots of new effects and renders.
Starting in 2020 she created the [:Glow Series :] to help cheer people up regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, a series of MMD props made with the intention of being used with glowing effects such as AutoLuminous. At about this time she founded the MikuMikuEffect DeviantArt group and later Discord server.
After a series of posts listing all MMD effect producers and their effect's names becoming too long, she decided to make a website called the MME Archive, which is a website documenting MMD effect producers and their effects, alongside other important MMD info.
