History[]
FyntB is a french modeler using MMD since 2018 ( formerly known as PhantyFox, PhantyFoxBee, FoxBee ). He created his own model base which is called: PFB base.
He started MMD related things only creating a MMD animations and as time passed by he slowly went on creating 3D parts, face edits to creating his own base and also re-scripting a bit some effects for his videos.
Lots of misunderstandings happened between him and members of the MMDC due to misinformation being spread between a group of users.
Policy[]
All of the following policy apply for all of his downloadable assets (copy-paste from his post about those). MMD models rules:
- DO NOT claim as yours, always make sure to credit at least Fynt.
- DO NOT take ANY parts or textures, I pretty much edited everything and I do not wish to have people taking my hard work for their own little pleasure. -> Along with that I'll add: DO NOT copy my style. I don't own this style, but seeing people just stealing my textures or remaking them knowing that I took a while to figure out my style by trying new things is just frustrating.
- DO NOT redistribute.
- DO NOT sell/get any profit out of it.
- You CAN edit.
- You CAN port it to other softwares (not vrchat.)
- DO NOT use to spread any kind of hate.
- DO NOT use my selfmodel to pretend to be me ffs. (yes, that happened- more than once)
- You CAN use for vtubing (except for: my selfmodel, Carn, Axel, Haile, Jey, Matt, Sayle and Ryuji, they're people I know, that would be freaking weird)
