Googlirt LAT is an original model of DarkBlood202, it's the model of his UTAU. The MMD Model's idea emerged one day when the author was making a video. Obviously, this model has errors, principally in the skirt. But DarkBlood202 is looking for correct them in future versions.

1. It's not possible to modify this model without the author's permission.
2.You can't use this model in R-18 or violence scenes.
3.You CAN'T remove parts of this model and put them in other.
4.Removing any parts from a non-editable model and attaching them to this model.
5.You can't say that this model is yours.
If you follow that rules, the model can be distributed normally.
