Damesuke, a native Japanese who speaks both English and Japanese once made a hard effort to settle a case concerning CodenameSailorEarth, who attacked MMD modelers repeatedly with leaving violent spam on one modeler's blog and edited and redistributed their models against their will. This occurred on May of 2011 and Damesuke mediated the conflict translating many messages from/to Japanese for CNSE and contacting withdrawn creators. It was really a hard task. CNSE pretended to accept the mediation. Yet on October CNSE started to publish abusive comments and a video again with the intention to spread the outright lies about Japanese copyright code and Yu Higuchi, the developer of MMD software, and to attack the creators she thinks "selfish" again.
