after over a year of complaing about how I can't access so many japanese files I FINALLY find the settings for japanese locale. I was under the false impression that I must set my computer into japanese to read files. Now I am capable of viewing files which will make me able to better assist this wikia (once I am done fangasming over the fact I can finally use utau banks from japan)
